Sea Stars

I finished St. Germain and will post a pic as soon as I frame it. It looks amazing. This is Sea Stars by Ink Circles. I have chosen my own fibers to stitch with instead of what is called for. I love these designs in overdyed thread. Very cool.

I can't wait to see your finished St. Germain, it is such a striking piece. I've never done a single color piece before, but just started Schoolgirl Lessons by LHN which is all one color. It is much smaller than St. Germain, but I'm really enjoying not having to change colors all the time.

Ink Circles is a fun one. I've seen a couple other people working on this one recently as well. My favorite parts are the octopus and the sea serpent. Enjoy your new projects, and it's great to see you blogging again.

Your St Germain is GORGEOUS!!!
The colour is beautiful, and it really lets the delicate motifs POP!

What a treasure this will be for you when it's all framed. Can't wait to see it.

Sea Stars is a cool design too and it'll be interesting to see what colours you choose for each of the motifs.

That's part of the fun of traveling through the stitching community via blogging....seeing how each person interprets a design and stitches it to their own taste and vision.

Cheers!
